RV'S CANNOT BE UTILIZED AS A PERMANENT A PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN THE CITY LIMITS OF OLD RIVER-WINFREE
In the city limits of Old River-Winfree an RV is not considered a permanent structure. What this means is you cannot reside in an RV for any length of time. The property plats in the city are designed for single family dwellings so two reasons you cannot park an RV on your property to be lived in; (1) the RV is breaking the Manufactured Home Ordinance, which states you cannot place an RV on your property and permanently reside in it . (2) if you live in a permanent dwelling and choose to park an RV on your property and let someone else reside in it you are breaking two laws, the Manufactured Home Ordinance and the single family dwelling ordinance.
